When we get phone calls, they are mostly people who call to ask how much one of our vehicles would be to rent. We then run through the options and what the price would be based on certain choices and they either book or they don't. There are certain times of the year, days of the week, and hours of the day that are more or less expensive. The best way to find out how much it will cost you, is to call us for a free quote.

We want to give you the lowest price possible. To do so, there are factors that determine the price. The vehicle you choose, where pick up and drop off are, how far you are traveling and the date of your event. There is an hourly rate that you'll be charged and you must rent for at least six hours. If you go beyond your time you reserved, you will be charged every 15 minutes you are over so that you aren't paying for time you don't use. If you want to stay longer, then it's okay for you to stay longer as long as your vehicle has not been rented and needs to be back immediately.

Spring and summer months are more expensive that the rest of the year. Weekdays are less expensive that weekends. Friday and Sunday are cheaper than Saturday. It is more expensive to book a bus during holidays. Not only that, but we are more in demand then. If you would like to book a reservation, then call. There is a small deposit when you make your reservations as a guarantee that you get the vehicle on the night you requested. There is something else that we want you to know in terms of how we operate. We believe in what we like to call a graduated pricing structure. This means that any kind of savings we might experience due to any circumstances we will pass along to you. For instance, if gasoline prices should significantly be reduced, our customers will experience a reduction in the prices of our vehicles. We feel this is only right and it is part of our policy to treat our customers as family. Our end goal is forge a long lasting relationship with each of our customers.

We don't have prices on our website because of the different factors that make up the price. The prices are always changing and we would like you to get the best deal possible.
